I had quite a discussion with a dear friend this afternoon, and so decided to write about it and share it with my closest friends.
I am a pisces, and they are represented by the two fish. The one which everyone sees and the other hidden one.
My hidden fish, I call the Ka...or my other twin, which nobody sees, nobody knows of, and nobody feels.
Perhaps, I want it to be hidden there, in the deeps of the sea, where no noise is heard, where it is far far away beyond reach. It is the fish tendency to stay away from people, and from fishermen.
However, this fish, sometimes comes up to the surface to breathe, but then people around me, are shocked by that fish.
People usually think, that I am an open book, that they can see everything through my hazel eyes....When they get a glimpse of that hidden fish, they are puzzled, and I can see in their eyes endless questions.
I never mean to be a secretive person, but that's my nature as a pisces...
One of my closest friends told me today, "Mon, I've thought that I've known you like the back of my hands for years, but today I feel I am seeing you for the first time".
Isn't this the basic reality about catching fish?
You think you've caught the fish, but you open your hands to only find water and sand.
Just for his good or bad luck, my Ka went out to breathe today, something stimulated it to get out of the deeps of the ocean to fill someone else with endless questions.
Actually, when that fish came out, I felt exposed...but in the same time, felt that fresh air was coming into my spirit.
Since my Ka is meant to return back to the deeps of the ocean, it ran quickly back down down down, until it can't be heard of anymore.
In Ancient Egypt, Amoun was called the hidden one. To make something sacred in Ancient Egypt, you covered it, and made it hidden.
Tones of mummy wrappings, were used to make the body more sacred.
Votive offerings were wrapped as well....
Perhaps, that's the reason, I wrapped my other fish, I hid it in someplace where it can't be reached...
As the ocean is a quite and a mysterious place, my other fish rests there...in the realm of unknowingness...until it appears in some other dimension of my life...while crossing another spirit...it could come out to breathe again...

Kokab, I tried to comment on the same site, but couldn't, so I copied what I wrote here...

I loved what u wrote v much, cause I m a pisces 2, I understand what u wrote , & I just have 1 comment since I m older & I know a little bit more:
Not all the people upthere r fishermen, sometimes, they r either admirers or snorcklers, all what they want is just 2 see the beauty of that fish in the Sea, & one day, Ka will be happy 2 feel that someone is there with her, & that all what he/she needs is just 2 admire & love this beautifull creature of GOD, & whether he/she is the one who went down, or Ka was the one who came up, they will be both happy with their companionship, & unerstanding, one day u will be 1 fish with that person.

Love,
Sylvia

My dearest ever Fish,
I read your blog and it made me more able to understand you. I have always known well the fish that swims in shallow waters. You remind me of a funny golden fish, who is always merry, playful and everyone sees it very attractive and shinning like a piece of gold in the water.
The other fish which usually swim on ocean beds, develop completely other senses than normal fish. These fish are usually blind, deaf and communicate by electricity and are very very dangerous. They are also very good at camouflage, and so they are sometimes mistaken of a useless rock. But if they attack, it is it...no avail...Death comes in no time. That probably explains your phenomenas of spritual experiences that you undergo. You count on other senses that our five normal senses.
I have also seen old paintings of zodiacs, and the two fish are usually holding a thread between their mouths, which means that they are very well connected.
I think ya manouna, that you connect very well, between your inner and outerself...You are from the very few people who have a very good understanding of who they are. Although, your reactions sometimes surprise everyone around you, but now it makes sense because as a friend of yours, I always see the glittering golden fish, but never the strong shark. I hope that I wouldn't fall one day under the shark's teeth.
I think that Pisceans are the best, they have got traits from the 12 signs...
Keep on writing...You gave me a strong dose of lateral thinking....

Yours forever,
Nader

I love the way you managed to see clearly who you really are...
Lots of people are in the darkness of knowing the analysis of their attitudes...
You have to teach people around you that...

Will you one day ever give me the honour to see the other fish again?

Monica, I must pay my appreciation to your thought stimulating article, yet I must also add a hint to your thought.. I am a pisces myself and I used to try hard to bring peace between my two fishes thinking that this would lead me to eternal peace.. However, the more years I've stacked up in my life and the more experiences I've undergone, the more I realize that the wider the space and gap you allow between your two fishes, the more exciting, encompassing and worthwhile your life becomes.. Keep searching deep inside you and you'll see that each fish reveals a new truth to you everyday.. and
